Faculty Fellowship Institutes

The Lab organizes a series of Faculty Fellowship Institutes to cultivate the development of ambulatory course components in the form of jigsaw modules.

Each institute comprises a cohort of 10-12 faculty members working in interdisciplinary duos. Fellows participate in three half-day seminars led by guest scholars, writers, and pedagogy experts, a workshop session, and a concluding colloquium wherein fellows present the new modules to their cohort.

The jigsaw modules populate the Lab’s digital library of teaching resources, and are available to all FIU faculty.
